Returns and refunds


Inspection of all products is required on delivery or when the item is collected. Same day inspection is expected. Notification of any damage or shortages will be dealt with on a case by case basis. For any concerns please contact studio@lore.co.nz

As outlined in terms, returns are not accepted for irregularities of colour, grain, texture as these are characteristic of the product.

Please choose with care, as there are no refunds or returns if you change your mind. We will honour our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
