The Artist

Amanda King is the photographer and the creator of By The Horns who resides in New Zealand. She creates fine art prints and canvases of animals, landscapes and seascape images using museum quality fine art paper and canvases.

Amanda studied Bachelor of Education in Brisbane, which began her primary school teaching career. After traveling in Europe and living in the UK she met a kiwi man which led her back to live on her husband's family farm in NZ. This is where she fell in love with the country life and her photography career began. Amanda and her husband have now taken over the family farm and have two children.
